Longmont Discovery Days

Last week we tried out the discovery days part of the Longmont museum. We went with a few friends and in this picture Avery and her friend Sofie are playing in a tabletop sandbox that was filled with orange rice. I think all the kids had a good time and we will have to try it again. She is getting to the age of crafts and discovery and of course doing it by herself.
