Happy Halloween!

Spartacus and ....Josh?

Flounder

Ariel the Little Mermaid!

We had a great time on Halloween! I attempted to make Avery's mermaid costume. It wasn't bad for the first try even though it looks nothing like the pattern that I bought. I was just thankful that she didn't step on a fin and have the whole costume fall apart. Our neighbor was kind enough to let us borrow their son's Flounder costume from last year. So they made quite a pair. Blake had fun and was so excited after every house that we went to. He would say trick or treat, say thank you and then run back to us at the wagon with a huge smile on his face and dump out his candy into another bag. Classic! I may try to post the video of it too. Zach after weeks of not knowing what to be decided on Spartacus as it was one of the only costumes left at Target the day before Halloween. I did make him read up on Spartacus in the morning so he did know a little about him....although-ultimately, his favorite part of the costume was carrying a dagger of course. His friend Josh also came to trick or treat with us in the neighborhood. Our friends Lance, Meghan, their bun in the oven joined us with their dog Bosley.

Zoo day with Granny!

When Andrew's mom was in town last month we took the time to go to the zoo! Here the kids were on merry go round. I have no pictures of Avery because she rode with dad somewhere away from Zach and Blake! But as you can tell they were having fun!

The first days of chilly weather came and it was nice to get our hats out so that the kiddos didn't get too cold!
Check out the pumpkins in the background!

My little princess posing with her pumpkin. I think she was hoping that it was going to turn into a coach to take her to the ball.

Pumpkin Patch fun!

Spending time at the pumpkin patch last week was a great day for the family. The weather was great and Avery and Blake and Zach loved picking out the perfect pumpkins. Zach of course chose the biggest one and Avery found a big one too. Blake found a cute little one and he and Dad even got to cut it off the vine together.

Who's the fireman?

Avery had a visit from the Fire Department at school. When we picked her up from school Blake was able to get a hat of his own. Combine that with his little firetruck and boy was he having fun! Can't you tell?

Happy Birthday Zach!

Look who's 9!
For Zach's birthday on September 26th, he had a couple of friends over. Here they were jamming out with Zach birthday gift-Rock Band! His friends Gretchen, Will and Josh came over and then Will and Josh spent the night. They didn't get alot of sleep but they had lots of fun!

Shopping with Kids????

Are we crazy?

Stephanie, Lynne & I decided to go to the mall with the kids....why? They were great. Here they all are waiting for us to pay at Old Navy. Caleb (Lynne's), Lauren (Stephanie's), Avery and Sofia (Lynne's).

Bath time

The kids love bath time.
They play together, they fight, but they do love each other.
Here Blake is drinking water out of Noah's Ark.
Blake loves to be snuggled up in his towel after bath time.

Happy Birthday Avery!

For her birthday my mom also sent Avery 3 roses!

Dalmation boots!

For Avery's birthday my mom bought Avery some new Dalmation rain boots. She had been watching a lot of 101 Dalmations. Avery's loves them and as you can tell-Blake thought they were pretty cool too!

Stephanie's Baby Shower

Lynne & I had the pleasure of hosting a shower for our friend Stephanie. We are so excited to meet the newest addition to her family. Avery, Stephanie's daughter Lauren, and Lynne's daughter Sofia play together every week in our weekly playgroup. Both girls live in the neighborhood and they love being together.

Blake's car seat fun!

Blake is a very funny kiddo. Here he was biting his shoe and laughing so much. In the other photo he was having a taste of his first lollipop. After chomping down on the lollipop he practically ate the entire stick.

The Body Shop at Home

I just got back from Reno a week ago for a conference with The Body Shop at Home and had such a wonderful time. This is one of their new little videos that talks about their new branding! With the holidays around the corner there are so many new and exciting things. I would love to share them with you. Check out my website www.thebodyshopathome.com/web/mwheeler1
After being with so many amazing women and seeing the difference that the business has made in their lives and how it touches so many others I am more excited than ever to continue working as an independent consultant with them. I am inspired by the wonderful values that they abide by. After all, if you can buy products that benefit others through their community fair trade program wouldn't you? "The Body Shop ® spends around $11.5 million annually buying ingredients, gifts and accessories from communities across the world, paying a fair price and giving producers access to a global market that would normally be out of their reach." This year The Body Shop is celebrating 21 years of community trade! That is just one of the values that guide the business. "Our Core Values are at the heart of everything we do and come together to create everything we make."

Ballet camp video 1

After her little 3-day camp this is a video of her little recital they did. That's my girl!

Avery goes to ballet camp!

This was Avery's first experience with any type of organized dancing...she is the one in the pink tutu. I didn't get many pictures but I do have video which is almost better! I think she liked it but I know I sure enjoyed slicking back her hair into a little bun and putting a bow in her hair!
