It's that time of year again...Football season

Every Friday night when the Buffalos are playing at home there is a parade on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. Avery dressed up in her little cheer outfit and loved it. The band is there along with flags and a fire truck! Go Buffs!

Happy Birthday to Lily!

Our friend Lily had a birthday and so Avery gave her a little fairy costume. It looks exactly like this one! What we didn't know was that Lily already had the same costume but it was too small for her so she kindly gave Avery her old one so now they can match and prance around the neighborhood together. Thank you Lily!

1 week down...lots to go

Zach and his friends Hannah, Trevor, Hunter and Adam give us their rendition of a jam packed phone booth by piling in on Avery's little car. After the 1st week of school the kids were ready for a break and so we had our first Friday after-school happy hour. The kids are happy because the weekend is here and the moms are happy because we had margaritas!

WOW

Avery, Morgan and Lauren posing in the Egyptian era during our visit to the WOW Children's Museum! It was a great playdate for them all. They even dressed up with fancy dresses and tap shoes so they could dance and watch themselves in the mirror.

Sunbathing Baby

Right before Zach started school this year, we spent a day at Waterworld. What an adventure it was. Avery got stung by a bee 2 times and I think Zach went on 2 rides. Blake on the other hand was very happy because I had to hold him all day. So here he is sunbathing in his little speedo trunks!

Jumping for Joy

Here is another shot of Avery during the rain. She was jumping in the driveway and for some reason now she likes to hold her nose when she jumps??? Who knows why though!

Rain Rain go Away

The other day we were out taking a walk when it started to rain. We ran home from the neighbors house around the corner and decided to watch the rain from the garage. I snapped these pictures and thought they really captured Avery's personality. The one of her from behind is my favorite especially since she wanted to wear only her tank top and a little tutu over her diaper on the walk. She is always taking off her shoes too.
