The pool is officially open! Funny thing is that we had to go to the pool on the first day which was on 5/26...nevermind that is was 65 degrees that day. That is how you know you have been living in Colorado too long...65 is not pool weather! Avery loves it and Blake is jsut not sure about the whole pool thing yet.

Strike a Pose
Not too long ago I had some photos taken of the kids but I was waiting for my mom to get her pictures before I could post them on the blog. Now you can see them! Amazing how fast those kiddos grow. Zach will be 8 in September, Avery 2 in July and Blake will be 4 months in a couple weeks. Wow! Click the title to view the slideshow of more pictures!
Summer Fun
With all the construction around the neighborhood, leave it to the kids to find something fun like playing in a mud pit. Zach, Hannah, Lily and Avery took turns slinging mud at each other until they were all completely covered in mud. They had a wonderful time and after the fun was over they were promptly washed off with a hose and shuffled into the showers. Thanks for grabbing your camera Kelly...I am so glad Zach and Avery have friends like Hannah & Lily!

St. Louis Reception
On Saturday evening we had a reception at the Arch. The company rented out the entire place just for us. People had the chance to ride to the top of the Arch. We didn't do it this time but we had taken the tour and the ride to the top. This was our small group who we had dinner with all weekend. It was a great time and nice to be around such a great group of people.
Meet me in St. Louis
Andrew's company hosted a Lifeskills seminar last weekend in St. Louis. More than 200 of their employees took part. We had the opportunity to attend and had a nice weekend with friends from around the Learfield company that we have made over the last few years. We especially enjoyed spending time with Avery's godparents-Kevin & Dawn Farlow from Florida. They brought their kids Colton & Erin too. I know that Zach was so disappointed that they didn't get to hang out, but they are coming to visit this summer so I am sure it will be a lot of fun. Time goes by so fast. It doesn't seem like that long ago that they left El Paso in January of 2004...but the kids have grown so much!
